Spotlessly clean room with a cozy layout. The hot coffee, tea, and bottled water provided were nice touches after a long day.
Shower had a tendency to shut off unexpectedly during use, which can be a real nuisance. The parking situation is cramped, especially with 3 cars side by side, and the top floor rooms might not be suitable for everyone due to the stairs.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Budget Double Room. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. Debbie went above and beyond for my birthday celebration and it was lovely to relax in the comfortable lounge. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and had plenty of options. Easy walk to the beach, too! 🌊

I stayed in the Super King Room for 4 nights and it was super comfy. The bed and pillows felt amazing—definitely one of the highlights! The shower was roomy with plenty of hot water. Plus, the decor was charming and everything was spotless. Only thing was, the room could have used a bit more storage space, but honestly, I hardly noticed with how nice everything else was.

The location near Bournemouth's vibrant nightlife was a hit with the family. Debbie was an incredible host, providing us with plenty of tips for local attractions and adventures. We particularly enjoyed the clean, comfy rooms with tea and coffee facilities, a standout feature.
My wife says that the breakfast hours were a bit inconvenient for families.
